MasterCap started headwear business from 1997, at the early stage, we focused on processing with supplied material from client in China, since 2006, MasterCap has successfully transformed to a professional manufacturer of high quality headwear for many international brands, provides product design, research & development, manufacturing and consulting based on OEM and ODM services.

After nearly 20 years’ development, MasterCap we have established the production bases in Dongguan City, Ganzhou City and Zhangjiagang City, two branch companies in Shanghai City and Zhongshan City, assorted with advanced embroidery, printing, wash, laser cut and injection molding production lines, with more than 3,00 employees, and annual output has reached more than 5 million pieces every year.

Besides OEM and ODM, MasterCap has always been committed to build own brand “MasterCap” and “Vogue Look”. MasterCap is also developing domestic market with online MasterCap brand flagship store as a window.

By innovative design, first class production and advanced equipment, MasterCap always put client’s interests and product quality with top priority. Our factory has audited by BSCI and COSTCO, also assessed by Alibaba and Made-in-China, our products have tested and certificated by SGS, B.V Intertek, TUV.

Strict QC procedures are conducted in all working processes, from materials, cutting,sewing, embroidery, printing, ironing to finished products and shipping, make sure we can provide higher quality products to our clients.
